These are quite compact speakers, so you are not going to get the sort of bass you hear from cars driving round the local shopping centre, making everyone's brain hurt.They are well made, with toned-down looks, and with no distortion when turned up loud.Even the finned, metal power supply is heavy, and tells you this is quality. Top notch
The only problem I have with these speakers is that you can't just use them straight out of the box and expect great sound. I did find the bass a bit useless, but a bit of fiddling about with the settings on Media Player soon sorted that out. For a few minutes fiddling, you get immense sound. Look great, sound great. Can't go wrong.

They look good...
We needed some PC speakers that looked good enough to be on show; and these do. The fronts have a nice piano black finish, the silver cone surrounds look good and overall they're easy on the eye.
Not quite so easy on the ear however. The treble is clear at low volumes and there's some mid too; no bass. Nothing even close to bass but then they are narrow. Buy these for looks and be happy.

Well worth the money
If you are not looking for Mega watts of power these are good all round speakers. They dont occupy great space and sound is perfectly acceptable

Sonic speakers

Not what I expected
I thought I had purchased an item from a quality company but they are not as good as the far cheaper ones I had bought them to replace. There is a terrble humming which spoils anything I am listening too especially on the Messenger. I am terribly disappointed

Perfectly adequate for general listening
I bought these to supplant the rather pathetic mono speaker in a new laptop and have been delighted with their performance.
They do not provide Earth-shaking bass, thankfully, though I find that the default treble setting is rather deep but easily adjusted. I use these speakers for general online tasks such as conferencing, listening to radio programmes and watching silly videos on YouTube and for this they are perfectly adequate. No compromise on space saving sound system
