Small, Compact. Does the Job
I recently received the Acer D250. This is a Christmas present for my wife but I gave it a trial run. On first impressions it looks and feels like a normal laptop. The time from power on to opening up IE is fairly quick. I note the price for this has increased since I ordered my at the start of the week so it must be a popular product.Overall, I think this will fit the bill in terms of the person I bought it for. would recomend for everybody, does what it says and battery lasts for ba long time and is so light to carry.

Good build, Great price
Can't fault the quality of the build for the price. Nice bright screen, fair size keys, good touch pad, good battery and good resolution screen. No need to pay the extra for windows 7, XP suits this perfect. Nice design. Can't fault it really. Don't expect too much from the speakers though if your intending to play music as you browse etc.

I bought this for my husband and he has been very happy with it. He has had no problems and is just the right size for him to carry round as his laptop was heavy. Can recommend this item.

an excellent little netbook that does everything you ask of it. not the best for multi tasking but thats a job for the bigger laptops anyway. really good value.

acer notebook
i bought this for my 10 year old daughter and she loves it, dont have to fight with her sister now over the other laptop, and its lite enough to take any where. very pleased
