Acer empowering!!
Mine just arrived today and i have literally just removed it from its box and wow i have to say it looks and feels incredible.Nothing is cheap, the keyboard has a great feeling to it, the mouse pad and fingerprint reader are really responsive. Very good machine!
I've experienced some troubles with music quality. There was too much bass in sound and I didn't know how to adjust it. But finally I've found the Acer eAudio Management program responsible for it. So if you drive your stereo hi-fi system directly via headphone output it would be good to turn off sorround mode.Blu-ray works perfectly - no need to buy a separate player; you save ~ 200£I recommend this laptop.

An Absolute Gem

Not for the casual PC user

I got this laptop up and running very quickly with loads of extra software added including some games from acer which although basic are quite entertaining. The quality of the machine is very good and looks nice and modern. Everything works ok except for a stuck pixel but not a serious problem. Very very good...one problem though
First of all, lets get things straight. This is THE best laptop on the market for this price. It has the best specifications by far, much better than similar priced sonys,samsungs..etc. and also features a killer Blu-ray drive!! Amazing Laptop - Read
This laptop is AMAZING. It came today and I just have to say, I am stunned. Straight out of the box it looked high tech. It looked glossy and rich. The screen is bright, and just wait until you try the Blu-ray. It's 1080p, as good as my PS3 with my 32" Samsung HD TV. Well done Acer, good job. First of all the fingerprint reader. Great looks and facilities-brilliant value for money
Got this yesterday and to be honest I cant fault it. It is fast, responsive, the keyboard and tools are second to none, and it looks hot! Not that looks are important ... but you know it does make you feel better about spending wads of cash :). That said for the cost of this machine you do feel that you have value for money. The screen quality is brilliant, the blue ray drive is excellent (and writes to anything), and the sound quality is beyond anything else I have heard from any laptop before....
