And one point from these videos - the running style of the woman jogging clearly suggests that the headphones are not suitable for running!

Head sets are cheap
This review is from: iPod shuffle 4GB - Black (Electronics) I am very disapointed with these new ear pieces. cheap nasty bit of equipment. I use them when I am coming back from work and am not able to increase the volume, pause the music, change to a different play list, infact all the thing I purchased the 4Gb THING for. I get really angry at the ear pieces keep falling out my ears, wheather I am driving, eating or jogging, I wish that I had read some of these other comments before

Very handy

Could be great, but headphones a fatal problem

Great to go running with as it weighs so little - if you run long distances, even a little extra weight makes a difference - and no need to fiddle with armbands etc. The voiceover control system is easy to use and innovative.But unfortunately, after 4 months of using it, the left headphone channel gave up the ghost.
