The best mac I have ever owned!
I have owned 5 Apple Macs personally (3 have been laptops) and had another 6 over the years at work and I can honestly say this is the best I have ever used. It feels, sounds, types and simply works better than the previous generation MacBook Pro. The 'Unibody' shell gives it a genuinely solid feel, the back lit keyboard is fabulous to type on, and the display is simply gorgeous. (Ignore the 'I want matte crowd', this display really delivers, for photoshop, aperture, final cut, flash illustrator...

Macbook pro
I purchased this laptop in great anticipation and i have to say this is worth every penny. Everything about this laptop makes you fall in love with it, after using windows all my life i thought this would be a huge risk, but was i wrong, this laptop is amazing and you can do anything with it. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone considering on buying this laptop as you will not be disappointed.

I checked Apple's website and it said unequivocally that iLife 09 was included with all new Macbook Pros. Makbook pro 15"
I have more than 13 yrs of windows work, tired of blue screens, reinstalls, reboots, virus and whatsoever decided to move to mac. the best decision i ever did. Macbook pro 15" is a fantastic product excellent screen, excellent image (as professional photographer its vital for me a good image) well built and perfect performance... and the best of it is.. it doesnt crash.

Expensive, but worth the move from a PowerBook
I've recently acquired a new MacBook Pro 15" to replace my "old" PowerBook 17". I converted to the Mac some 4 years ago, and went straight for a 17" PowerBook. Late 2008 MBP
Got this just after release. Updated to 4GB RAM, that caused a few issues but was eventually resolved.I have an issue currently with the DVD, I have had 3 replacements but the problem persists.This detracts from the enjoyment but fortunately I don't need to use the DVD that often but DL recording is really hit and miss.I am also now running on Mac OS X 10.6 and cannot recommend this enough provided you have compatible software.As for the Laptop - ...
