Works reasonably well, but beware of laptops and docking stations
 
I bought one of these when I moved from PS/2 mouse and keyboard to a Logitech cordless desktop setup (one USB cable instead of 2 PS/2).I use it to switch between a laptop docking station and a regular workstation, sharing the cordless keyboard/mouse between the two. Not Ideal for Those Sharing PC & XBOX. Dissapointed.
 
There is nothing particularly bad about this product as it will work fine if you are just sharing two pc's on one monitor. The general overall build quality is pretty good but i think the switcher is a bit delicate and the colour scheme sucks. I have found on very rare occasions it will refuse to switch outputs so you have to disconnect & reconnect to get working. I don't know when I have ever developed a hatred for a product so quickly. I tried this between my laptop and desktop workstation. It worked fine with the laptop but the desktop just won't have it. The Flip is basically a switchable hub and unpowered hubs can be flaky at the best of times but this thing has been unreal. Depending on how you boot your machines it can even confuse itself and indicate that is connected to one machine while switching the other. If you want my advice either get a PS2...
