it is an amazing bit of equipment for emails and easy to text with unless you have fat fingers
and the camera could be a lot better
occaisonly the screen freezes but i just took out the battery and put it in again and it was fine
the sroller ball sometimes gets stuck but thats very rarely
the apps you can get are addictive
and all together an addictive phone

REALLY POOR QUALITY PHONE
i got the crapberry just after christmas thinking it would be a good phone, ideal for messaging and as an organizer that would ne useful for a busy life. But it has a really poor performance - poor wifi, as MOST OF THE TIME when you search, nothing comes up and usually takes about 5-10 mins to open a single page, you cant view emails(online, not using blackberry messenger) without having to switch internet options back and forth. also the blackberry messenger - if you choose not to set up an

Disappointed
I was initially pretty pleased with my new blackberry. However, after a few months I started to experience problems charging it.
My biggest disappointment was that despite several attempts the company just ignored my e-mails. Now I'm left with a relatively new blackberry that I can't charge..............................!

Purchased for our son, he particularly wanted BBM which we've upgraded his contract to include, the phone set up was easy and our son was able to do this himself without difficulty.
