Creative Gigaworks S750 7.1 speakers
DO NOT BUY THIS SPEAKER SYSTEM. It seems that just about everyone and his dog who buys this system will have a problem with the subwoofer sooner or later and it seems that it can't be mended. Google S750 problems and see just how many people all around the world have suffered from what seems like the same "blinking green light" failure.When it works the system sounds great but WHEN it goes wrong be prepared to replace the whole system at your own expense, and, by the sounds of it, Creative

Blown fuse
They're long out of production but I just wanted to add my warning to anyone considering picking up a second-hand kit that mine (bought new) just blew. Like all the others, the fuse blew and replacement fuses blow immediately. It did sound great while it lasted and I'm hoping to just buy a little 5.1 amp and use the existing speakers with it, although I'll have to see if I can wire up the sub or if I'll have to get a new one.

Great sound... initially very promising then completely failed after 2 years
Received it, hooked it up - it sounded fantastic ... way too loud for my flat initially then liberated when I bought a house... then one evening it decided not to work - I did some research and it had suffered the unfortunately common burnout / amplifier / switching problem ... completely knackered ... would have been a 4 star definately, it's lucky to get a 2 star with this obvious build quality and robustness problem...

Don't buy these speakers - Another set just went POP - now dead.
I bought these speakers through Amazon in 2007, they have worked very well until just now when they went POP which is a definite sound of acomponent blowing inside the amplifier.Obviously my speakers are out of the manufacturers warrenty period, but they are still only 3 years old which is a pretty poor shelf life fora product of this price.Based on all the other similar negative reviews I would now recommend people steer clear of this product.

TOTAL RUBBISH!!!! DO NOT BUY.................
I have had these speakers and rarely use them as I am worried I will break yet another set!I live in a block of flats so cant play them loud and they never go over half volume but they just keep breaking.So far I have had 4 sub woofers, 14 satellites, 2 audio pods and 2 remotes and yet they just keep blowing one thing after the other!!the system is totally not fit for purpose and will never but a creative product again neither will anyone that will listen to the ordeal I have had
