Impressive, lots of fun to be had with this watch, ignore the bad reviews
I debated long and hard before i bought this garmin and was going to go for the 110 model due to mediocre reviews on this product. However i am very impressed with this watch. I have only had it a few days and done 1 x 3 mile run with it but even so this watch offers so much, tip remember to lock the bezel when running, i cannot believe the amount of people who moan about this part of the watch after all you don't want to keep looking at your watch while your running.

Possibly the worst thing I've ever bought in my life
This GPS watch is simply not functional. I have had this watch for approximately a month and it's so frustrating to use it's just not worth the bother. The biggest problem is that it often freezes during my run so that I'm unable to use the bezel to change anything at all. This has happened on the longer runs (over 4 miles), but not the shorter runs (under 3 miles). This is a result of a small amount of water appearing under the watch. I presume this must be sweat since it wasn't raining on

Garmin Forerunner 405
Was using my Ipod with the nike sensor when out jogging but it wasn't completely accurate. I got money for Christmas and decided to purchase a Satnav watch. Chose the Germin Forerunner 405 which I found to be easy to use (idiot proof for me). When I come home from a jog I just log onto my PC and the data is transferred and uploaded to My Garmin home page. At the moment I know I don't use it to its full advantage. Hopefully remedy that soon. Good buy and easy to use.

Fantastic Watch
Negative comments always make you unsure as to whether you're making the right decision in buying something that is getting so heavily slated by certain users.
I'm pleased to say I was right to trust my judgement and go for this watch as i cannot fault it.
My main reasons for wanting a watch like this were
1. Accurate tracking to easily keep a track of distances traveled
2. Instant feedback as to my current pace - invaluable when you're trying to maintain a constant target speed

Not impressive...yet
I bought this after running with my friend who owns the 305. I read the number of reviews on the watch and then was still in a place where I was uncertain about the actual watch as the reviews seemed to be either really good or really poor.
Pros:
Aesthetically the watch looks good, it has a good solid feel to it and it looks expensive.
Being sleek compared to the other forerunners it can even be an every day watch.
The touch bezel is a nice feature and a good idea.
