For this price, it's one f the best.
There are only two brands which are reliable for its map accuracy. Garmin and TomTom. This model is brilliant, bought one for my father and he loves it. I also have a Garmin myself when I'm driving my Vauxhall. Highly recommended.

Sat Nav
Replaced my old Garmin with an updated model. Very pleased with performance, especially at the price I paid. No more getting lost in new one way systems!! Clear, easy to read maps to improve your journey.

partly untrustworthy
Initially was very pleased, but having used it to go to Plymouth am not that impressed. It took my partner across country, giving wrong exits on roundabouts and turnings that were non existent,managing to get him more or less there in over 9 hours helpfully rearranging its instructions at each wrong move. This journey takes an average of 6 hours. On the return journey my partner ignored the satnav and followed my directions and arrived back home within 7 hours. I looked it up on maps google and

download problems
previously had a tomtom and decided to update to a widescreen garmin. everything was going fine until i tried to update the maps.it seems to have developed a known software problem and i am waiting on a replacement unit from garmin as they have been unable to fix it.i will use this one but won't try a map update.very disappointed.

Good product, poor instructions!
The GPS is great, but the "in box" instructions for setting up are appalling!1) There are no instructions in the box (and it's not intuitive) for getting the "Traffic" FM receiver set-up, without which there is no traffic icon or subscription data on the GPS. 2) The website URLs listed for e.g. the free "Speed Camera" trial are all broken links. You have to register on www.garmin.co.uk, and navigate around to find it.To access traffic info, you plug the GPS into the car power
