Good value, works well, voice is clear, and instructions are given in good time. easy to set up and screen is a decent size.

Garmin Nuvi 265W
This Item was bought as a Birthday present by my wife for me.We are disappointed that the Iitem sentm is a refurbished unit and not a new one as expected.I also doubt that the mapping is not the most upto date as when I first used the device it took me well out my way when visitng a small viilage near to Nantwich;not far away but, a place I did not know.

Very good purchase, maybe the best in months
I bought it as a present for my boyfriend, although he had been telling me his favourite is tomtom, I had bought the Garmin as it was on very good offer and had all what we need incl bluetooth and speed camera alert. The satnav works fantastic and so much user friendly. It calculates so fast the route and will bring you to the destination with no hassle. The best bit I liked about the device was it calculates route on our preferrances e.g. by avoiding the congestion charge roads, unpaved roads,

Great item
We bought this so my partner could visit her sister in Wales. We were going to go for a cheap one, but after seeing this one decided that the extras were certainly worth it! It gives my better half hands free phone pairing, good size screen, easy to set up and use, so an all round cracking sat nav for the money!! Thanks Amazon

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION
Product seems OK, but it wasn't disclosed that this was a refurbished SatNav. Communication appalling. Despite 2 requests for a VAT invoice have heard nothing. It seems once they have your money they don't want to know. Wouldn't use them again.
