Excellent Piece of Kit
Made this purchase after recommendation from Ride magazine. Excellent piece of kit both on an off the bike. European maps work well. Installation on a mac was a little fussy but quick google solved this. Happy to move to Garmin after many man Tom Toms

Garmin 660 to the alps and back
After my experiences with the Garmin Quest, I found the 660 really easy to use and understand, even without a paper instruction manual.The 660 is really fast at recalculating and with the wide screen easy to see, even at three figure speeds.

Good, robust, no probs.
Ok I have had this for six months now and used it. I had it professionally installed by my local bike shop. The wires were plumed descretly and I wired standard plug headphones and microphone into the provided cables at the side of my seat. Quality of sound was very good via cable. Having owned a first generation Tomtom for years, i needed a new satnav for both bike and car. Like everyone else, it was a choice between the rider2 and this one. Misleading Garmin Web sales data
I recently purchased the Zumo 660 with the China Map. As I live in Beijing and ride bikes it seemed an ideal solution. Despite the Garmin Map compatibility system on their website clearly stating the map and the unit were compatible, when I arrived in Beijing it was obvious that they were not. WORST SAV NAV IVE OWNED. READ LOTS OF REVIEWS AND HAD ALL THE FEATURES I WANTED. THEN HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER 660 AND AGAIN MORE PROBLEMS ENDED UP SENDING BACK AND USING PAPER MAPS ON BIKE. NOT RECOMMENDED
