Mac-Compatible Hardware
Already having an unused copy of EyeTV Lite, I worked out from cruising the Internet that this product might provide a cheaper but identical tuner to re-badged others offered for the Mac. And it does.The combination of this and EyeTV software is very nice. Minor annoyance on the Program Guide, but otherwise it's excellent.

Very Nice quality
Worked instantly on my Pentium M 1.6ghz IBM laptop when given a strong signal from my indoor 'Aerial King - Polaris' Antennae. Uses less than 40% of the CPU while displaying a smooth crisp image but have not tested the recording feature yet.

Sweet
Ok, so it's not as good as my old solution which was two pci Hauppauge WinTV cards, but it's pretty close. Media Center works a treat. As long as you've got a good signal this product is a great way way of getting TV on your Vista Home Premium PC/Laptop, plus you get a remote control too.

Ok but not a show stopper
Diversity Works Well (but this involves both tuners working together to give the best signal possible) in Dual Mode it can't see any stations under Windows Media Centre. Perhaps this has to do in part with signal strength. No stations found when used in conjunction with included aerials - I don't know where you'd have to sit in order for these to work.

Great Product
Great Product. Easy to set up, however, suggest you follow video on U Tube which makes it very straight forward. Two mini arials supplied do not provide adequate signal. Puchased cheap arial and installed in loft and then received all freeview channels available with good and stable signal.

Do not buy this product
I bought this to replace my old single-tuner PCI Freeview card, since that is not supported by my new Vista 64-bit computer.I shouldn't have bothered. Very Good as long as you are running Win-TV V7
The short version: If the software that comes packaged isn't Win-TV v7 go to www.hauppauge.co.uk and download it. Install the .Net framework if you haven't already and everything will be superb.I bought this product some time ago but only recently installed it. The installation went like a dream and I was watching TV on my XP laptop in no time. Recording and using the EPG was a different matter. fantastic!!!
This product is fantastic. This works on XP and on Vista (32 and 64). To get this to work on Dual mode (XP) you need install the diversity tool from the CD.

Good if you only use as a single tuner
Got this product to use with my windows 7 media pc and the first thing that I should say is the drivers on the disc do work with windows 7.Set it up in the media centre as a single tuner did a scan and got all channels (including channel 5) flawlessly on my powered room aerialI then wanted to get the NOVA TD working as a dual Tuner (for this you need to install the software) and in this mode all channels work fine except for channel 5 and other weak channels such as virgin 1 which ge...

poor product
Reception is awful compared to similar products and often cuts out completely half way throuigh a show. Drivers often fail and have tobe reinstalled. The dual tuner does not work at all. Don't waste your money.
