We bought this as a way to give a retiring fellow teacher a gift - we loaded it up with pictures and testamonials from around the school so that she would always have a little piece of us to take with her as she retired.It was very slick looking - nice high shine black - and extremely easy to use. Came on time,in fact, earlier than promised.Seems simple enough to operate, although no-one else in the house has yet worked out/bothered to learn how, appart from how to switch on!The calender function seems a bit tricky to understand, I have only once managed to set it as I wished, and that was more by luck I think. It is a good gift
I got what I expected, a product that is good to use, it come with it's own memory of about 160MB but that is really not enough if you have very high resolution pictures so i was only able to store about 66 photos on it. The big problem that i have with this product is that you have to keep the power cable plugged in, since I thought that you can carry it anywhere without the need of a power cable attached to it constantly, but overall i found this to be a great present to give someone.

Needs a reset after every power-on!
Be aware that this product needs a complete reset (ie date, time etc) after every power-on. So unless you leave it plugged in all the time (and who wants it on at night?) you have to go through the setup rigmarole every time you plug it in before you can see your pictures. Very inconvenient.

things are not as they appear?
always thought it would be lovely to have a digital photo frame so went for a well know product that looked great. as i set it up and spent ages finding all the photos i wanted put them all onto the sd card and had it 2 weeks know and it crases on a daily bases very dissapointed and very annoying seting the date and time again and again but the photos look good but continusly freezes on one pic with date and time poor product in my eyes

easy to use
We bought this for a elderly family member as she loves looking at photos of family! we downloaded all the pictures for her as she is nearly 90 and it was soooo easy to do, most people would not have a problem so would readily recommend it.Also the picture quality is great!

I ordered this item twice from Amazon. It failed to arrive both times and in the end I got my money back! I'm sure the Photoframe is excellent but I'm unlikely to find out for myself!

Good quality, easy to use, really pleased
I bought this as a gift and had a play with it whilst pre-loading some photos. It's very easy to use, the quality of the photos is good and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. The person who I gave it to loves it too.
