Seems good with low running costs
Got fed up with escalating HP print costs so switched to Kodak to try to minimize them.The most important thing to me was ink costs as it had got to the stage that I couldn't really afford to use the HP printer I had ( a £200 all in one) as I would want - e.g. let the kids print off it, do a few photos etc and what goods a printer if you cant afford to print.I've had this printer for about a month now so thought I would comment as there's a lack of customer ratings out there.Po...

Kodak Hero 9.1
Excellent printer easy to set up and use, does what you would expect for a top-end product. Would get 5 stars if it didn't keep dropping the WiFi connection and having to restart it. Works perfectly with Mac OS 10.6.

mediocre printer
I found this product rather disappointing. I bought it because the supposedly cheap ink hype but since I have had it the black ink cartridge has already run out (less than 4 weeks) and I have a message saying the colour ink is low. Fair enough the children can now use a colour printer for their homework without it causing bankruptcy but the quality of the colour printing is poor. So difficult to get even average performance
I bought this top end product because I wanted high quality photo printing and an all in one scan/copy/fax/print wireless format. The first one I bought was faulty and had to be returned. The company said they had encountered this problem before. I then ordered another one. It proved challenging to install, and took several HOURS of support to get a proper functionality. No Duplex Scanning
Contrary to what it says on Amazon's copy of the manufactures description, "from the ADF, including two-sided document scanning." this All in One does NOT do duplex scanning at all. The Hero 6.1 does but that didn't do network scanning to my Synology disk station. I've returned both now because although they are good little printers the scanning doesn't meet my requirement. :-(

Kodak 9.1 Great printer but should have been better!
This printer would have been given 5 stars for its photo quality, build and overall functionality. Unfortunately I have to give it 3 stars for the following reasons:The first is that when I started to set the printer up I had problems connecting to the WiFi. Every time I tried to connect to my network the screen would go blank and then the printer just re-booted. I eventually found the answer after searching the internet, on a Kodak Technical help page.....so Kodak are aware of the problem...

Good All In One
This Printer works well easy to use the printinr is clear and not to thick whitch is why it uses less ink than other printers so saves on costs The fax is also easy to use

Works for me!
An excellent printer which does everything you could want for a home network. Easy to set up and connect to via cable, local router or over the internet. Brilliant quality of printing and idiot-proof usability!

Bad choice.
Worked fine for about four weeks. After that many paper jams, software issues and Wifi problems.Tray is too small the design is too flimsy. Printer has a lot of problems gauging ink levels: whenyou have added a new cartridge the software stays stuck and tells you that the cartridge is stillempty. Wifi keeps dropping off for no reason. Print quality is poor. Had high hopesbut unfortunately a bad buy.
