Linksys used with blueyonder 1 Mb and Playstation 2
I wanted to share my 1 Mb broadband between my PC and Playstation 2 and possibly other PCs in the future or connect my friends up to the net for gaming when they bring their PCs round. New to networking
After reading some of the reviews here I took the plunge and bought the linksys befs41 to connect 2 PCs to my NTL broadband. I connected up all the cables switched on, and tried the the internet before doing anything els. All was up and running on both PCs. I haven't even taken the setup CD out its sleeve. I can recomnend this one.

great
bought this beauty just before christmas to connect three computers. I'd had a nightmare doing it without a router and when I saw the price of this I thought it was too good to be true but it's been fantastic. I recommend this product to anyone. I have an NTL cable modem and three computers, one running XP, a laptop on 2000 and an old pc on windows 98 and it's working fine with all of them. A great buy.

This router is amazing.
I have an iBook Mac and my girlfriend has a Toshiba Pc we wanted to share the internet connection of the 600k Cable NTL, between our computer first I took a router from PC world of Belkin and it didn't work at all....With this router I only click two buttons and it worked!!!It's amazing!I highly recommend this router to anyone.

bloody good router
This is the first router I have ever bought, its excellent. Easy to use and setup, works great with my NTL Cable setup. Enables me to share connection with my XP machine and my wifes iMac. The case is stylish and very solid build. Its a few quid more than the Netgear(RP114) router, but it is so much better. Well worth it.

Fantastic piece of kit
I bought this router recently to accommodate the various broadband enabled devices in my home, allowing them to share the connection and was very impressed at how easy it is to set-up. It is not difficult to do and will auto-configure itself to "mimick" the PC you registered your broadband with. Then, simply connect your other devices to the ports on the back of the system and away you go! So Easy to Set Up
...the router it was so easy to set up, my Lan and all PC's were connected to the net in under half an Hour and I was left holding the manual in disbelief at how easy it had been, the manual sets everything out with easy to follow idiot proof steps, and even though it was not written for Win XP provided enough information for me to work out those steps myself. I would recommend this Router to anyone using an NTL Cable Modem.
