Does exactly what it is supposed to do.

There's not much you can say about a Network switch except that it works and this one does. The PSU is encased in the case which is preferrable to a cheap wall-wart. I prefer the simple styling of Netgear business products rather than their consumer range which look like props from Blake's Seven ;-)
