Brilliant Product
 
Bought this router because my previous one broke after a thunder storm and this one works perfectly for xbox live, my laptop and the other 2 pc's in the house. Very happy with this product.

Poor performance
 
I purchased this to try and get wifi into the bar area of a local pub from the upper floor office. It performed no better than the box standard wireless router that came with the broadband.Its super directional aerials do not like thick walls. I cured the problem by keeping the box standard router and fitting 2 85mbps network mains plug adapters and connecting a box standard wireless network access point to the adapter in the bar. it took only 20 mins and worked perfectly. Does Not Work With PS3
 
I recently purchased one of these to upgrade my network and do away with my cumbersome wireless router connected to my adsl modem setup.Setup is very easy and features are fairly comprehensiveeverything works great until you switch on a PS3 wireless controller then the wireless side of this modem/router becomes unusableThere should be a warning label on the box and on the net advising of the compatibility issues with the PS3 and I have even seen people experiencing issues with

Tried to return this but no reply
 
I bought this router to replace my old router which I thought had ceased to operate. But after some diagnostics I discovered that the telephone line was faulty. I emailed the returns department but didn't receive any reply from them so now I unable to return the router. It is still in its packaging and hasn't been returned. Poor customer communication.
