Easy WiFi at home!
 
A very easy to set up and manage router. If you can log onto MSN or similar you can set up this router for use at home or elsewhere with a broadband connection. Its so easy to use and you can even block sites that you do not want home users to access such as gambling sites etc, as easy as sending spam to the junk folder in email.The WiFi is pretty good and we get reception in our back garden with the router at the front of the house - it does what it says on the box!!!

Good bit of kit
 
Bought as a replacement for a BT voyager router and I have had hassle free broadband ever since. Recommended to anyone haing problems with supplied router/modems, well worth the price.

Straight forward installation.
 
It was straight forward installing this bit of equipment, once I had loaded the set up disc then just followed the instructions. Had the laptop up and running in no time. All seems to be working fine so far!

Good value for money!
 
Bought an Apple Express card for ?65, then realised that it did not have a modem included. Gave it back.Bought the Netgear for ?49.99 which includes modem, three different cables (ethernet, USB and Phone) and the wireless USB2 adapter! Connected my Macbook (using wireless card that came withe the mac) and a Dell dimension (using the Netgear adapter). Works flawlesly.Amazing value.Couple of points for mac users. The router is compatible with both Windows and Mac OS but not the adapter...

Consider cheaper alternatives - mine only lasted 2 years...
 
This product broke at the end of the warranty period and Netgear do not offer repairs to non-US customers.Probably true of most electronic goods of this ilk but my Netgear DG834G modem stopped working just after the warranty period ended and Netgear were not interested in helping me beyond the warranty period. My advice therefore would be to get the cheapest wireless router you can find... I thought Netgear would be a quality product, but clearly the components all come from the sam...

This ADSL Modem Firewall Router & USB Adapter is outstanding. The set up just took 15 minutes and I now have wireless internet. Just like it says on the box.Good clear instructions well presented.A super buy.
