Very Straightforward and Really Top Quality

Great product, but with limitations
Very good product, up and running quite quickly. Hasn't worked flawlessly though, since sometimes the router has to be reset in order for it to work properly.It does a very good job with 2 pcs, 1 laptop and a printer connected to it, but its built in firewall has to be turned off in order to receive a constant high bandwidth stream. Even then, it performers admirably 90% of the time. Just what you'd expect from a mid range router.

Up and Running in Half an Hour
After pondering setting up a wireless network for a few months, I finally made the leap. Excellent router - how did I manage without it!
After much searching for a wireless router, I settled for the Netgear DG834G after reading so many good reviews. They are right! Very straight forward to set up (if not quite the 5mins that some claim!)Just put the CD in and follow the instructions. Repeat for each PC you want to run off the router. Easily Installed
This is my second wifi router, and was much more simple to install than the first - Netgear have made things easier - glitch free, and the wifi range seems good with decent speeds available.

misleading information from Netgear - DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE A MAC!!!
The description of this item says that it is Mac OS comaptible. I actually examined one of these in a shop before purchasing it from Amazon, and it does say Mac compatible on the box. However, the reality is that only the modem/router is mac compatible; the USB adaptor is not. This makes the whole package completely useless if you have a mac. Does the job
Have now owned/bought a number of different Wireless Routers. Got this for my father in law - took me about 15 minutes to set up, and another 10 minutes to set up the USB. This seems no worse or better than the alternatives - no reason not to purchase it.Quite straightforward and the product works fine. Seems to be a reasonable price compared to what is in the market at the moment

Excellent
Its an excellent product and extremely easy to use. The only problem is that the installation wizard is absolutely useless but the support team is excellent and they install it via the browser. If you are running IE7 i would recommend you update to the latest firmware from their website. Overall would highly recommend and it looks very stylish.

Makes going wireless really easy and super quick!
The router was incredibly simple to set up, it was quick and required very little prior knowledge of wireless natworking. It has made going wireless a painless straightforward procedure. The USB adaptor is particularly helpful and also fairly easy to set up. It offers a simple alternative to a network card and because it is designed to work with the adaptor makes networking seamless. This is our first Wi-fi router and it was quite time consuming, although easy to set up as a large majority of it is all automated.
