Unreliable

I've had my FVS114 for about 2 years and it has been very unreliable. When it locks up, which happens for no discernable reason, the only way to get it working is to switch it off and then on again. You cannot log into the web interface when it locks up and it will not even accept any pings; leaving it for half an hour or so, in the hope that it might sort itself out, is also in vain.
