Excessive postage charges for four batteries
I went to buy four batteries from this seller. The total for the batteries was under two pounds. The postage charges were over fifteen pounds. For items that can fit through a letter box is a small jiffy bag, I considered this to be excessive

Double postage
I was going to buy from here although I considered 'postage and packing' for such a small thing was a bit steep at ?4.50 but c'est la vie. So I thought, as my daughter also has a Nokia, I'll order two but, guess what, P&P goes up to a whopping ?9.00 for the two items, even though I presume they come in the same Jiffy bag. This sort of rip-off gives buying online a bad name. I'll go elsewhere.

Beware - Its a Second-hand Battery
The purchase page shows a new battery in Nokia packaging. What arrived was a scratched and obviously second-hand battery in a small plastic bag. I returned the battery asking for a new one as advertised or a refund. They opted for a refund - presumably they don't actually have new ones. So beware the misleading picture and description. I am 72p out of pocket for the return postage as well as having had the hassle of writing a complaint letter and returning it. Bad!

Second hand battery supplied despite advertised as new
This company clearly sent me a used battery despite it being advertised as new. When I phoned customer services they were polite and helpful and did say send it straight back and they would replace it.However I do suggest that anyone using this company checks the metal contact areas for scratches as it would otherwise be easy to miss...I hope the replacement will be the genuine article.

Nokia BL-5C battery review
This original battery was brilliant. Came fully charged and ready to use. Has lasted well over the past few months and still charges and keeps its charge as good as day one. I would advise anyone who had battery problems to purchase one.

Battery
The item appears to be fine and works OK however due to it arriving in a small resealable bag and the worn appearence I would say that it is second hand. I am not too bothered but it would be best for the company to mention this.

Good product
quick delivery, I charged it 1st just in case and it lasts me 5 days min in my phone used moderately.Am ordering another for a friend as this prduct allows me to keep the phone that works and suits common chargers rather than a new one which dosn't.
