Good TV All Round
As a note, MAKE SURE YOU TEST YOUR TV AT NIGHT. I didn't realise this until I'd settled down to watch Knowing earlier (not a bad movie, by the way, considering most of Nic Cage's recent abysmal efforts). First off - can't praise Amazon enough. Bought late one evening with free delivery - forecast to take 4-5 days to arrive. Actually arrived within 48 hours. Kept informed during the delivery process. Problems with certain freeview channels
Anyone with this set should look out for problems with freeview channels running on multiplex c (mux c). If you flick to pick tv (channel 11) or pick tv+1 (channel 44), as an example, and watch carefully the screen blinks black after around 30 seconds. If after it does this you press the guide, instead of seeing whats on tv in the upper left mini screen all you see is a black screen. TOP TV, VERY PLEASED
This Samsung was actually bought by my parents after there ugly old Ferguson tv finally gave up, but I ordered it for them!Having set this new tv up for them I have to say I am massively impressed, both with how it looks and the picture quality. Short to the point
We didn't buy this on Amazon but the site we did dont offer review areas so to the point I read every review on the net and plunged for this - it's slick and very tidy down to all the connections old ones are still there but clever using supplied adapters Sam made them smaller if you need them. Sharp picture I bought the wireless dongle to go on the tv at the same time but functionality is superb it has more than we will want. 5 stars for me !

Amazing TV, Not a Single Negative Point!
After reading the only other review for this product, I was slightly worried about this particular TV. First of all I advise using first class delivery as the 'free super saver' took a week!After unboxing, it was clear that the set looks absolutely stunning! Great telly, but when testing...
First - this gripe is with my particular telly. I'm having to return it for clouding issues in the top left/right and upper middle of the screen. It's really annoying and probably just a one-off, however I've now read that Sammies sadly have a penchance for this kind of thing so it's worth bearing in mind when you receive it. Strongly recommend this TV
This is an awesome TV. Definitely the best picture I have seen from an LCD TV. The sound quality is good too, much better than I was expecting. The Internet features are easy to use and fast. Other than what has already been said by others I should add that the power saving features are good. Rather than adjusting the brightness you can use the economy feature to lower the backlight for early mornings or late nights. This brings the power consumption down to 33W.Only has two niggles.
