Samsung S1070
A good camera but mine has a fault that was not apparent till after guarantee conditions. It is that it will not focus correctly on a situation at any zoom setting other than normal. This is evidenced by a red outline on the screen instead of a green one. This then takes a photo, but the focus is just not quite right. I did not notice this on the camera at the time but when you view them on a PC or similar, they are poorly focussed and unsatisfactory. Neither Amazon nor Samsung were interested

A Smart Little Cam
Okay, so this cam won't make you a photo-journalist overnight, neither will it make you a paparazzo. However, it does have an impressive range of features, a nice little zoom and anti-shake software. Pair this with a decent SDHC card and you are onto a winner.

good cam
That was present for my moom ,so its Easy to use small and nice looking camera(with quick start). High resolution pics,,,not very big zoom ,,,but its small waiting in your pocket or purse to shoot nice pics,smal weight and size allows you to take it for long walks ,climbing or other activities where my other Camera with big proffesional lens would be to heavy and not so comftible for longer peroids of time. I recomend this for anyone.

Samsung S1070
I bought 12 of these cameras 2 years ago (as a PTA funded project. One for each class in the school)and although it takes good pictures, I've had nothing but complaints about how quickly it drains the batteries. In some csases the camera will only allow one shoot per set of batteries which makes it very uneconomical in the long run.

battery eater and now broken!
We bought this only a year ago and it's very frustrating as the batteries are constantly run down by it - usually just as you want to take a photo. It's now just died completely - overall not good value for money.
