Brilliant little external hard drive!
My purchase arrived in 24 hours. It performes exactly as I hoped and worked straight out of the box, as soon as I plugged it in by the single USB2 cable provided. As has been said previously, you might find this cable a little on the short side but replacing it with another - say 1 metre long - is both very inexpensive and easy, if that's what you want to do. Worked great....until it died
Having received this product as a christmas present last year I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality, general user- friendly traits and how quiet it was. Very neat, very fast
This hard drive arrived very quickly and I purchased the recommended black case logic hard case to go with it. For Mac Users - yes it does work
For any Mac users in doubt: this comes with lots of Windows-compatible icons on the box and NO hint at Mac compatibility but the truth is that it absolutely is more than compatible with your Mac. Just plug it in, launch Disk Utility and re-format as Mac OS extended. It takes all of 5 seconds. It's fast, and it looks beautiful too. Just do it.
