Excellent
Really nice entry level laptop. Pretty much everything set-up when it arrives, it looks good and just works like it says it will. Good set of features and components, typical Sony quality, the screen in particular is bright and v. clear. Bought one for my daughter for christmas, with 1 hour we had added ITunes and MSN and were registered, updated and ready to go.

Great laptop
This laptop is easy to setup very fast and i cant believe how light weight the sony vaio. The bundled software is very easy to use.Battery life is good vista says 2 hours 30 mins on a full charged batteryI cant fauly the sony vaio nr38m.It had a lot of memory to store those photos music and videos. great computer
I bought this computer for my teenager - a great buy - itsw hardwearing and strong - not heavy but not flimsy- good memory and power and a year later very happy customer - it looks great and does everything a computer should do well at a good price- he loves it and uses it lots .

Good service from Sony
I have owned this laptop for about a year now and i did have some problems with it after about six months during which time i had to save all my personal files before i attempted a system restore whilst on the phone to Sony. It turned out that the RAM was faulty so Sony came and collected the laptop by courier and returned it with a sparkling new Hard disk drive and new RAM and it has worked perfectly ever since.All the funtions, buttons, touchpad etc. are all what you'd expect from Sony ...
