Pleasantly Surprised
I bought this as a present and have had a chance to use it. I think the sound quality is very good, there is however a noticable difference in sound quality when you go underwater it takes on a slight echo. But you get used to it quickly and that does not take away from the fact that there are very few underwater mp3 players at this price on the market. I was so impressed that I could swim along and block out the noise of the pool that I'm getting myself one as well.Last point - I bought

Not impressed
Wonderful idea but the fact is it really doesn't work! You can hear a little to start with but as soon as you start moving it becomes intermittent at best. I thought it might just be a case of turning up the volume but it tops out at a pathetic level.

Great in Water when you know how to use it!!
This is a great gadget to take the boredom of swimming. However, I have found that it has been quite difficult to charge up, also, you need to know how to convert from itunes to MP3 format. Easy when you find out how though!! I have had problems downloading, and have had to wipe out my playlist several times, again though, speedo customer services were great. So, when you do have the time and patience to sort it all out, it's well worth it!!

Speedo Aquabeat - problems with earphones
The only issue I have is the sound quality of the earphones. The sound is very quiet on the left side and totally ruins the whole listening experience and not very motivating when swimming. Luckily I didn't have to use them because I had a spare pair from a previous aqua MP3 and they sounded awesome! All that said, a very cute package and fits nice in my speedo armband case.

Rubbish! Dont Buy!
I purchased this product last week and it arrived promptly.. what a good start. That, unfortunately is where it ended. I loaded about 10 songs onto the device in the correct MP3 format and went off to the pool for my usual swim. It was great .. music whilst swimming, I was very happy. The thing attached onto my bikini and I was away! So impressed was I by this tiny miracle.. I loaded more music on the next day, and off I went again for a swim. Only to find that it didn't work at all!!.. It
