I bought the case for my 530 and paid for it separately in the hope that the quality would, to a degree reflect the quality of the 530 or simply because it is a brand addiction thing because there are much better deals on the market if you look. I was under the impression that part of any design process was to ensure that your final design is somewhat sympathic to the application it is meant to perform. Perfect - should have come with the SatNav though
Given the price of my TomTom Go 930T it really should have come with one of these - but that's a reason to drop a star from the StaNav itself. As for the case, it is excellent and I'd recommend it without qualification.It's a semi-hard fabric case in a black matte plastic finish with a zip, form-fitting and secure. Superb!!!
Don't listen to the negative feedback, The TomTom is shaped with a curved bottom. It is quite easy to put it into the case incorrectly, I did it myself the first couple of times. When you do, it is possible to do the zip up but it is a real squeeze. Get it in right, and the case fits snug and tight, and the zip does up perfectly. Just get used to it first.

This is NOT for the Go x40 Range of TomTom's, it does not fit at all.....
Do not buy this for the Tom Tom 540, 740 or 940 as it does NOT fit!I bought one from Amazon and gave it to my wife for her x30 range TomTom.There is a new specially designed case which ONLY fits the x40 range and this is not it!CheersSteve

Do not Buy!
I bought this case with a new tomtom 730t.It fits well, as long as you put it in the right way round, the right way up. It is small enough to fit in you're pocket so it should be good BUTThe tag part of the zip fell off in less than two weeks. The clasp which holds the zip tag on is weak and even after a repair with pliers it still fell off.What good is a case if you cant open/close it? Rubbish. don't bother!

Maybe they've re-designed it... my GO730 fits perfectly!
Having read the majority of the comments I really didn't bother with this case. However having shelled out the best part of £300 for the device I wanted some protection for it when it it wasn't in use. I looked at the alternatives, and to be honest none of them really appealed for one reason or another and I kept on returning to this case. With a heavy heart and a feeling of foreboding I felt that I had no choice and ordered it.I am so pleased that I did. The case certainly fits the GO7...

Poor Quality Zipper Fails after 3 Months
